The workshop “Interview Mindset for Modern Leaders”, under the theme “How leaders use EQ to truly understand people,” was successfully held on April 15, delivering practical insights and valuable perspectives for business leaders, HR professionals, and organizations focused on hiring the right talent.
Throughout the session, participants revisited the role of EQ in interviewing, engaged in discussions based on hypothetical CV scenarios to analyze candidates’ mindset, motivation, and overall fit, and exchanged diverse perspectives on how to enhance the quality of hiring decisions.
